Join us on our exclusive mindfulness and sailing adventure across Croatia’s breathtaking islands Kornati and explore the nature through sailing, experiencing the life in contact with the sea.

Our week-long Mindfulness and Sailing Retreat will take you on a sailing voyage starting in Biograd na moru from where we set off with our sailing yacht to some of Croatia’s most stunning islands Kornati. Everyday we will be sailing from one spot to another and you will have the chance to learn all about sailing through our expert captain Jovan.

We invite you to come and take a moment to pause, to truly reflect, unplug and recharge.
You will start the day by practicing mindfulness based stress reduction program that will help you develop mental clarity and focus to unlock your mind and prepare you for the day long activities.

At sunset, Natasha, our yoga teacher will guide you through a restorative yoga practice and meditation leaving you in a peaceful state of deep relaxation.
By the end of the week, we promise you will leave with fully recharged batteries, feeling strong, confident and with a refreshed passion for life.
